Terms & Conditions

Estimate Validity
All quotes and estimates provided by Ready Reset Haul are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is based on the scope of work described and may change if the scope, access, volume, or conditions differ from what was originally quoted.

Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Ready Reset Haul accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Late or non-payment may result in additional fees.

Scope of Work
This estimate includes only the services specifically listed. Any additional labor, materials, dumping fees, or services requested during the job will be considered out of scope and may result in additional charges, which will be communicated prior to proceeding.

Access & Site Conditions
Client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the work area at the scheduled time, including parking, entry access, elevators, and permits if required. Delays or additional labor caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed obstacles may result in added charges.

Weight, Volume & Hidden Items
Pricing is based on estimated volume and weight. Overloaded items, concealed materials, hazardous waste, excessive weight, or items not disclosed at the time of estimate may result in price adjustments or refusal of service.

Prohibited & Hazardous Materials
Ready Reset Haul does not remove hazardous materials including, but not limited to: asbestos, chemicals, paint, solvents, fuel, medical waste, biohazards, or pressurized containers. Client is responsible for proper disclosure and disposal of restricted materials.

Donation & Disposal
While we aim to donate or recycle items when possible, Ready Reset Haul does not guarantee donation acceptance or recycling availability. Final determination of disposal method is at our discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved labor and scheduling.

Damage & Liability
Ready Reset Haul takes reasonable care during all services. Client acknowledges that hauling, demolition, and removal services may involve inherent risks. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from hidden conditions, structural weaknesses, or client-provided instructions.

Client Responsibility
Client confirms they have the legal right to remove all items designated for hauling and agrees to indemnify Ready Reset Haul from claims related to ownership disputes.

Weather & Delays
Weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect scheduling. Ready Reset Haul will communicate any delays as promptly as possible.

Right to Refuse Service
Ready Reset Haul reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or materially different from what was disclosed.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
